RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items eligible for return are only those with factory defects or damage caused during shipping or handling . If your order was delivered more than 7 days ago and no damage was reported during that time , it is NOT ELIGIBLE for return.
Products purchased without having read the measurements are also not eligible for return, unless the product description does not match the specified measurements.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it , unused , with tags attached , and in its original packaging . You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase .
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted .
Certain types of items cannot be returned , such as:
Perishable products (food, flowers or plants)
Customized or made-to-order products
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials , flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards .

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
