Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Items eligible for return are only those with factory defects or damage caused during shipping or handling .
If your order was delivered more than 7 days ago and no damage was reported during that time , it is NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

Products purchased without having read the measurements are also not eligible for return, unless the product description does not match the specified measurements.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it , unused , with tags attached , and in its original packaging . You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase .

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted .
